As a leader with a distinguished career of 20+ years of building, turning around, and elevating the effectiveness of organizations, policies, and programs, Robert now designs the complex web of mandated protections for all federal agencies against cyberattacks that will required by the federal government and more as the gold standard of network security.

He collaborates across global technology organizations to creatively drive secure architecture for customer applications and leads technical teams of professionals in the fields of Zero Trust Architecture deployment, network design, security analysis, secure networking, open-source platforms, virtual machines, and Information Assurance & Security planning. Robert helps organizations to realize their business capabilities by translating vision and strategy into productive enterprise and security architects and assists them by creating enterprise security architecture policies and requirements to meet industry certifications & standards.

He co-founded Odyssey Adventures, a chartered sailing vacation experience that inspires the birth of the true explorers internal to all of us while seeking to create a greater understanding of the people and cultures of the world around us. He captains voyages to destinations around the world.

 Robert is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, served on the iSchool Inclusion Initiative Advisory Council (SIS), and was an SCI Film Festival judge.
