Aaron is a Director of Engineering at Schmidt Futures. Prior to Schmidt Futures, he was most recently a co-founder and Chief Scientist at Searchable.ai, a venture-backed startup based in San Francisco building conversational AI applications for knowledge workers. Before Searchable, Aaron was a technologist at In-Q-Tel, the venture capital arm of US Defense and Intelligence, focused on deep-tech investments in AI, AR/VR and quantum computing. He currently is an advisor to X (the moonshot factory) and serves on a number of other advisory boards. Aaron holds a PhD in quantum simulation from Stanford University.
